Umut Sanat carries out several works for different types of presentation of Turkish Classical Music. For instance, at a project prepared for İş Bank, the masterpieces of Turkish Classical Music were recorded from phonograph records to CD's after being cleaned through computer technology, and were released along with their books.
Umut Sanat is ready to serve as the production company for its clientele willing to produce Turkish music under different categories.
TURKISH MUSIC FROM PAST TO PRESENT
Turkish Music from Past to Present" is a collection of CD+Book consisting of songs of Turkish Art Music from the second part of 19th century to the first quarter of 20th century. This work is produced for Turkish İş Bank by Umut Sanat.
The general coordinator of the project was Dr. Tekin Özertem. The director of İTÜ School of Arts, Yalçın Tura, contributed to the project as the musical advisor and the text writer, and Yalçın Tuğsavul provided the acoustic cleaning of phonograph records.
The books of this collection is published by Boyut Publishing.
