Umut Sanat operates also in theatre management sector. It has got 7 movie theaters located in five different cities in Turkey. These movie theaters which are complexes with several screens, provide a total of 32 screens and total seating capacity of 4356. All these movie theaters have advanced sound systems and air-condition. They are all located at easily accessible parts of the cities.

Umut Sanat took on a mission in the establishment of movie theaters: It opened movie theaters in cities like Izmit and Bolu where movie theatres did not exist before despite the fact that in these cities there are universities and university students were deprived of cultural activities. Safranbolu Atamerkez which is opened in 2003 is the only movie theatre in the city of Safranbolu at the moment. The latest addition to Umut Sanat's movie theatres is Izmit Ncity which is opened in December 2006.
